We are actively looking for candidates that can support our mission of providing exceptional customer service to a critical national industry.   Responsibilities of the Warranty Coordinator entail: Process and file warranty claims with various manufacturers as instructed by the Warranty Manager Review and clear all assigned warranty claims in pending status on a daily basis Provide rapid response to various requests from manufacturers to ensure warranty claims are processed in a timely manner Prepare all parts and core returns when requested by manufacturers Post credits and warranty payments to the Warranty Receivables Schedule as needed Reconcile the Warranty Receivable Schedule monthly Assist with the follow-up of all unpaid claims as directed by the Warranty Manager Close and post all warranty repair orders promptly The requirements for a Warranty Coordinator: Must be at least 18 years old No experience required High School diploma or GED required CIT Trucks, LLC. provides a comprehensive wage and benefits package that includes: Paid holidays and PTO Choice between 3 wide-ranging medical plans with prescription coverage Option to participate in HSA or FSA savings accounts Access to dental and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Company paid life insurance, as well as additional voluntary life insurance for self and family 401(k) retirement planning that has a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4%
