What the day will look like Helps in formulating, planning and overseeing implementation of wellbeing and cost-mitigation programs. Coordinates with clients, other health solutions sections, partner vendors and HMO carriers for wellbeing and health risk management programs and activities. Assists and oversees health risk management initiatives, chronic disease management program implementation and other wellbeing activities including tracking and monitoring of program impact. Collaborates in medical data analytics undertakings and assists in generating reports and / or client presentations. Assists and contributes in coming up with wellbeing info-graphs and articles for distribution to clients Performs all other tasks and responsibilities associated with clients/patients and administrative coordination as may be assigned by the immediate superior or corporate health associate director.
