You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the correctional industries at SCI Cambridge Springs, SCI Fayette, and SCI Greene. You will have the important task of setting priorities, goals, and objectives, and communicating them to your team. Your work will involve determining staffing needs and priorities based on the established goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the annual budget and developing and implementing work processes and procedures.
