Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title:** Production Worker **Location:** Ontario, CA **Pay Range:** $21.47 per hour **Work Schedule:** Mon-Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM **What's the Job?** + Operate Hogger/Shredder/Unitizer daily as directed by the Supervisor. + Corrugated Container Industry, Experience + Maintain good housekeeping practices in the production area. + Occasionally operate Power Industrial Truck safely while handling products. + Visually inspect finished products and advise machine operators to maintain quality. + Perform machine clean-up tasks and assist with weekly machine start-up tasks as assigned. **What's Needed?** + Safe Work Practice certification and Lockout/tagout certification (annual training). + Ability to communicate effectively with team members in a noisy work environment. + Basic math skills to count production quantities and measure raw materials. + Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry raw materials up to 50 lbs occasionally. + Knowledge of Power Industrial Truck operations and corrugated industry skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment. + Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry. + Work alongside a dedicated team focused on quality and safety. + Engage in a role that offers hands-on experience with machinery and production processes. + Be part of a company that values teamwork and continuous improvement.
