JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in the oversight of operations and administrative tasks related to case management, deradicalization program and provision of assistance to returnees; provides technical assistance to proponents; coordinates development of social welfare programs; monitors implementation of programs; and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Perform technical functions in the preparation of documents related to the implementation of the program;

2. Refers various documents pending action of the Undersecretary/Assistant Secretary’s office for verification;

3. Undertakes research/study on case management, for reference and information, and provide recommendations to the Undersecretary/Assistant Secretary as necessary;

4. Provides technical assistance and supervision through consultation, meetings, dialogues, case conferences, and conduct of spot checks and mentoring to implementing Field Officers in the performance of their tasks and functions, and achievement of deliverables;

5. Monitors implementing DSWD Field Offices and other offices concerned in the delivery of services to address special concerns;

6. Coordinates with key partner agencies i.e. National Government Agencies (NGAs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Local Government Units (LGUs), other agencies, and unit/offices in the Department;

7. Consolidates, reviews, and submit periodic reports on the accomplishments, case summary reports, issues and recommendations, and endorses the same to the office concerns for their action;

8. Conducts and assists office activities including but not limited to: program’s performance evaluation, field validations, training/workshops, and case management of the beneficiaries of the DSWD peace programs;

9. Refer routing program documents to the DSWD offices concerned for appropriate action; and

10. Perform other functions as assigned.

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
