JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision of the Section Head, the position facilitates the acquisition of supplies and equipment needed by the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program – National Program Management Office (4Ps-NPMO).
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the AO V on the preparation of Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) for CSE and Non-CSE for 4Ps-NPMO;
2. Ensures all purchase order (PO), obligation request status (ORS) are acted within three (3) days upon receipt provided by the Procurement Management Division (PMD);
3. Prepares PRs for all planned projects per approved PPMP and Supplement PPMP;
4. Reviews the PRs and supporting documents prepared by the admin staff;
5. Ensures 100\% payment completion for services rendered by the service providers;
6. Monitors and update the procurement and payment monitoring report;
7. Prepares financial documents for all procurement related transactions, such as ORS, DV, etc.;
8. Facilitates the evaluation of all ASDs requisitions;
9. Conduct market scanning;
10. Monitors and submit quarterly reports to AO V/SAO/CAO on the status of the following:
• Purchase Request status;
• PPMP status;
• Payment status; and
11. Provides technical assistance and support to the logistical concern of the 4Ps-NPMO.
