JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Unit Head and Section Head, assists in the implementation of L&D programs and Learning Monitoring and Evaluation, following established procedures and guidelines.

Functions and Responsibilities:

A. On Learning Measurement and Evaluation:

1. Administers, retrieves, and collates Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) and LM&E tools.

2. Assists in consolidating and processing LNA reports.

3. Provides inputs for the improvement and standardization of LM&E tools and mechanisms

4. Assists in consolidating and processing data for LNA plans and reports.

5. Contributes to HPMES accomplishment reports and other progress reports as required.

6. Maintains databases and other monitoring tools.

B. On Learning Management:

1. Assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of Learning and Development (L&D) programs/interventions for DSWD employees including:

a. Facilitates activities, as requested.

b. Develops slide decks and other learning aids and tools.

c. Provides technical support during the actual conduct of activities.

d. Coordinates with Offices, Bureaus, and Services (OBS) for resource persons, documents, and other necessary arrangements.

e. Prepares memoranda and other correspondence related to the activities.

f. Documents and packages activity proceedings into comprehensive reports.

C. General

1. Prepares feedback reports, updates, meeting minutes, memoranda, and other office communications or special reports, as assigned by Unit Head, Section Head/Chief and/or the Director.

2. Performs other tasks as required by the Unit Head, Section Head/Chief, or Director.

Job Outputs:

1. Documentation and/or supporting documents on the provided inputs to Policies

2. Documentation and/or supporting documents on the provided inputs to Project Proposals

3. Retrieved LNA Forms/Documents

4. Maintained Database for reference to Learning Measurement and Evaluation (LM&E) plans

5. Input to HPMES Accomplishment Reports and other progress reports as required

6. Input to LM&E tools

7. Maintained Database for reference to LM&E Report

8. Training Materials (e.g. attendance sheet, visual aids, pre/post tests, database, etc.)

9. Technical Support during training

10. Approved Memoranda, letters, and other correspondences

11. Minutes of Meetings/Feedback Reports (via email)
