JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulations and protocols, performs administrative functions along personnel administration.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Drafts announcements/actions regarding personnel matters;

2. Prepares reports, letters, memoranda and other forms of communications;

3. Prepares/processes payroll/vouchers and other financial documents;

4. Computes salaries and deductions;

5. Computes Daily Time Records and monitors attendance of employees;

6. Process/computes leave applications/leave credits and terminal leave benefits;

7. Coordinates with other agencies concerning personnel matters;

8. Acts as secretariat to various committees;

9. Assist in the conduct of research studies/data gathering and prepare write-ups and statistical report;

10. Does other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

1. Reports and write-ups;

2. Letters/Memoranda;

3. Payroll worksheet/register;

4. Monitored and computed attendance; and

5. Minutes of the meetings.
