JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Officer V shall be the overall Staff-In-Charge of the Office of the Bureau Director. He/She shall likewise be responsible in responding to concerns and compliances relative to the Committtee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as primary focal on the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 of the Bureau;
2. Act as the point of contact among officials, employees, clients and other external partners;
3. Organize the daily schedule of the Director and ensure the conduct of briefings prior to attendance to meetings, seminars, and workshops;
4. Assist the Director during conduct of various activities.
5. Review and provide inputs to internal and external communication – memoranda, emails, presentations, and reports;
6. Serve as lead secretariat in the conduct of DRMB Management Committee Meetings;
7. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff under the Office of the Bureau Director; and
8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
