JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Assists Administrative Officer V in the recording of transactions in the e-NGAs, review and monitoring of Subsidiary Ledgers.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Preparation of Journal Entry Vouchers (JEVs) and Adjustments for Disbursement, Liquidation, Collection and Deposit;

2.     Review and analyze the approved subsidiary ledger of due to account;

3.     Preparation of bank reconciliation;

4.     Assist to clients, supplier for issuance of official receipt;

5.     Recording, preparation of Journal Entry Voucher and remittances of Interest Income;

6.     Prepares transmittal letters to the Commission on Audit (COA) and Cash Division for the monthly bank reconciliation

7.     Preparation of Order of Payment;

8.     Monitoring of all non-cash transaction/ adjusting entries

9.     Scanning the signed journal entry vouchers, report of check issued, report of ADA, report of NTA.

2. Subsidiary ledger reconciled before the deadline

3. Bank reconciliation statements, accurate and complete

4. Assisted clients/supplier accurately

5. Journal Entry Vouchers (JEV) and Disbursement Voucher accurate and complete

6. Accurate and complete transmittal before the deadline

7. Prepared forms within the day before the deadline 

8. Accurate and complete supporting documents, file accordingly with signed JEV
