JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision of the Director of the PDBBM-NPMO, perform functions to support the NPMO’s Information System. This role focuses on overseeing and enhancing IT systems to seamlessly integrate technology to achieve program objectives and act as data privacy officer of the office to ensure compliance with the data privacy law. 

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test and implement the information system for the PDBBM-NPMO

2. Ensure the system meets the needs and requirements of the program

3. Create and maintain detailed documentation of the system, including user manuals and technical guides

4. Update documentation as necessary to reflect changes and updates

5. Develop and maintain data visualizations tools and dashboards

6. Manage and maintain program databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance

7. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues and escalate complex issues to ICTMS, when necessary

8. Serve as the representative for the NPMO in all database-related meetings/Technical Working Groups

9. Ensure compliance with the data protection laws and regulations

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
