JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the general supervision of the Division Chief, this position is responsible for assisting in monitoring project activities with assigned field counterparts to ensure the achievement of targets and the successful implementation of project Initiatives. The role includes supporting the preparation of documentation, offering technical assistance, and ensuring that project goals are met. It also involves addressing grievances, preparing regular reports, and coordinating project-related activities. Additionally, the position provides guidance to staff in the execution of regional plans and other related projects, while performing other duties as assigned by the National Project Manager.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in developing manuals, guidelines, and documents related to project implementation;
2. Provides direct support to the National Household Targeting Section (NHTS) In field offices to help achieve annual targets and objectives;
3. Conducts field visits to provide technical assistance, perform spot checks, and ensure project targets are met;
4. Receives, resolves, and monitors grievances from the public and field counterparts, providing timely resolutions through various communication channels;
5. Prepares and submits reports to NHTO and DSWD management on project targets and activity progress;
6. Prepares activity proposals, concept notes, correspondences and other documents as may be required:
7. Organizes and supports project-initiated activities, serves as a resource person when needed;
8. Provides technical assistance to NHTS staff in developing and implementing regional operational plans and related projects; and
9. Performs additional tasks as assigned by the National Project Manager to support the successful execution of project Initiatives.
