JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision Section Chief, the Information Officer II will be responsible for managing the Information System of the PDBB-NPMO Social Healing and Bangsamoro Peace Agreements Unit, managing the Social Media account of the NPMO, including the posting of the activities conducted by the NPMO. Additionally, they will handle the digital library and manage the KM Corner and serve as Freedom of Information Focal, among other tasks.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Drafting of Institutional Development & Capacity Building and Communication Plan;
2. Managing the Information System of the PDBB-NPMO PAMANA and Localized Peace Engagement Unit
3. Facilitation of Advocacy Materials (Advocacy plan & IEC contents, designs, and approvals);
4. Assists in the facilitation of Public Relations (Handling of media interviews, response to media questions, and Press Release for the Social Healing and Bangsamoro Peace Agreements Unit activities)
5. Design and develop learning materials such as modules, slides, handouts, and manuals; and
6. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
