JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general provision, provides technical assistance to proponents; drafts memoranda, reports and letters; conducts research; assists in monitoring implementation of programs; assists in liaison work with other government agencies and non government organizations if need arises; and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Implement programs assigned to him/her, in coordination with the DSWD Field Offices and other units/offices in the Department, and other partner government agencies and NGOs/CSOs;

2. Monitor and evaluate program implementation;

3. Prepare technical reports based on the monitoring of regional performance and accomplishments;

4. Submit monthly consolidated regional status report on the utilization/management of funds of the Field Offices with analysis and recommendation;

5. Perform technical functions in the preparation of communications, policies and other related documents;

6. Undertake research/study;

7. Attend/participate in meetings and provide technical assistance in consultation with partners/service providers and other concerned agencies;

8. Ensure that learning activities are documented; activity reports are organized and complied;

9. Refer routine documents to the DSWD offices concerned for appropriate action; and

10. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor or Head of the Program, in the exigency of service.
