JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Development Officer (PDO) II under the direction and with substantial latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, engaged in varied and special work pertaining to the implementation of disaster early recovery and rehabilitation PPAs or performs difficult, important work relating to technical assistance and resource augmentation, requiring training and moderate or lower training but considerable experience and knowledge on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Draft policies and guidelines related to Early Recovery Services Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs);

2. Provide technical assistance to DSWD Field Offices and partner stakeholders

3. Formulate Early Recovery and Rehabilitation Plans

4. Submit feedback reports

5. Conduct field monitoring and provide technical assistance in the implementation ERS-PPAs;

6. Prepare Work and Financial Plan (WFP), project proposal and other documentary requirements related to DRRM activities;

7. Attendance to inter-agency, consultation meeting, rehabilitation planning, bureau meetings and trainings/workshop related to DRRM activities; and

8. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

2. Technical assistance report

3. Feedback reports

4. Consolidated physical and financial accomplishment reports (quarterly, semester and annual)

5. Work and Financial Plan (WFP)

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

Note:
(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
