JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, provides technical assistance and administrative support to the implementation of the Bangsamoro Peace Programs; coordinates development of social welfare programs; assist in developing project materials; submits recommendation and proposals on programs integration and implementation; monitors implementation of programs; evaluate externally funded projects; and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Assists in the preparation of materials, communications, and correspondences on the assigned program in the Section/Unit;

2. Facilitates the administrative and liaison tasks of the Section/Unit such as the preparation of draft Work and Financial Plans;

3. Establishes and maintains linkages with member agencies and other external partners through consultation, meetings and other means of communication;

4. Coordinates the task, targets and deliverables of the Section/Unit to other divisions and Field Offices within the agency;

5. Monitors the Work and Financial Plan (WFP) vis-a-vis fund utilization and accomplishment of the Section/Unit and Field Offices;

6. Monitors the fund utilization of the Field Regional Offices including liquidation reports and other financial transactions and coordinates the same to appropriate unit in the agency;

7. Prepares the Section/Unit’s and agency’s accomplishment reports including the forms or reports to be submitted to oversight agencies;

8. Identifies and recommends actions for a more effective implementation of projects/programs and attainment of Section/Unit’s target and mandates;

9. Establishes data bank of the Section/Unit to be accomplished by the project focal for updates and status;

10. Performs other assignments that may be required from time to time.

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

Note:
(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
