At least one (1) year of experience in data management, development-related projects involving community organizing, capability building activities, community organizing and facilitation

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensures the maintenance and updating of PAMANA LGU-LED databases, provides support in tracking and monitoring the statuses of urgent PAMANA-related documents and/or communications to the program, and provides technical assistance as needed.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Monthly monitor and update the PAMANA program’s database and online tracker
2. Ensures the monthly updates of Field Offices in the Online Program Tracker
3. Assist in creation of work plan for the implementation of livelihood assistance to Sustainable Livelihood Program Associations (SLPAs) in the identified Conflict-Vulnerable Areas (CVAs) in collaboration with the different stakeholders under the PAMANA-SLP implementation;
4. Provide technical assistance to the program participants and partner stakeholders in implementing Peace and Development initiatives;
5. Assist the section head in conducting Field Monitoring Visits

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
