JOB DESCRIPTION
He/ She shall perform administrative and technical support to the Office of the Executive Director.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Assists in the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Office of the Executive Director by organizing the incoming flow of work, prioritizing incoming requests, maintaining a control system, and monitoring/following-up to ensure timely response;
2. Perform a wide range of highly responsible, confidential and technically complex and administrative and technical details in the Office of the Executive Director;
3. Perform a variety of special projects and research assignments as assigned by the Executive Director; plan, organize and schedule meetings, special events, team building and training programs as assigned;
4. Attend the Executive Director's meetings and other meetings to take minutes or perform other functions as assigned;
5. Provides key technical support to the JJWC quality Management System Core Team for the establishment and maintenance of the JJWC-QMS;
6. Prepares draft communication letters/Memoranda/Projects Proposals as instructed by the Executive Director/ Deputy Executive Director;
7. Monitors the OED deliverables in the Office Performance Contract;
8. Monitors all internal committees of the JJWC National Secretariat to ensure functionality of committees annually;
9. Organizes travel arrangements/requirements of the Executive Director;
10. Monitor the monthly expenditure of the ED;
11. Review and vet documents as to completeness, accuracy of staff work and compliance to existing rules and regulations prior endorsement to the Executive Director for Information/approval/instructions; and
12. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by the Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.

6. Reports
