JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Development Officer III shall provide technical support to the Head of Division in its disaster operations. Coordinate and monitor with the field office, stakeholders and partners on disaster operation management and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in ensuring all activities, relative to disaster response operation, are prepared and coordinated with concerned units, bureaus, and partners;
2. Contribute to the crafting of guidelines, policies, and status reports and/or updates FNI activities for the division;
3. Prepare memoranda/communication letters of endorsements/referrals to concerned OBSUs/FOs;
4. Prepare, attend, document meetings, and ensure agreements and issues and concerns are coordinated with concerned bureaus and divisions;
5. Attend internal and external meetings, trainings, workshops, and pecial events related to Disaster Response;
6. Render duty at the NDRRMC Operations Center (OpCen) and provide situation reports during response cluster activation;
7. Report to office beyond approved work arrangements that may be instructed by the supervisors and deemed necessary in the exercise of duties and responsibilities;
8. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Division Head / Team Lead.

3. Draft memorandums in response to requests for comments and inputs from other OBSUs
4. Documentation of activities and meetings participated by the communications unit.
5. Regular updates on the calendar; scheduling and meeting invitations
6. Status/monitoring reports on partnerships relative to the program
7. Regular reports required by the program
