JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Section Chief, the Project Development Officer II shall monitor the accomplishments of the Field Offices on a regular basis and the day to day operation and management of the SLP Information System. Also, the PDO II shall provide consolidated data submitted by the SLP-RPMO.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Updates the master list of national accomplishment reports submitted by the RPMO;

2. Updates the accomplishment report (cue card) in Open Data Philippines database;

3. Generates, consolidates and reviews data submitted to the SLP-NPMO in coordination with the Project Development Officer III;

4. Updates and consolidates the SKP reports for Legislator's folder;

5. Prepares the tables, graphs and charts needed for the SLP accomplishment reports;

6. Acts as the focal person for the SLP Information System;

7. Assists the day to day operation and management of the SLP Information System;

8. Monitors the SLP Information System and assists the field PDOS in their various issues & concerns in relation to SLPIS;

9. Assists the field offices in complying with in the thrust, directives and plans prescribed by the NPMO by responding to their queries and providing technical assistance and guidance; and

10. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor/Director of SLP-NPMO.

Job Outputs:

1. Monthly SLP Organization Assessment Report;

2. Monthly SLP Final/Annual Assessment Report;

3. Semestral Narrative Report/Profiling of Livelihood Projects;

4. Statistical/Narrative data as per data request;

5. Contribute to the development of SLP plans guidelines, tools etc.;

6. Provide technical assistance to the SLP-RPMO based on the scope of work;

7. Validate Monitoring Information System, Data collection Tools; and

8. Act on all assigned tasks by the Supervisors.
