JOB DESCRIPTION
The JJWC-UNICEF Administrative Assistant (AA) will provide administrative support on the implementation of projects and activities under JJWC-UNICEF workplan,
Note: This contract of service position is for eight (8) months (June 2023 to January 2024) but with a possibility of extension.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the UNICEF Project Officer/Project Coordinator, the AA shall:
1. Input CCL data to be collected from the Supreme Court under the JJ-MIS Linked to the Court System Project;
2. Provide administrative support on the following projects/activities;
OBET JJ;
TOT on the Prosecutor’s Manual;
Development of Diversion Toolkit for Prosecutors;
Enhanced Legal Aid System for CICL;
Development of Template BPA Manual;
Support to Disability Mainstreaming in the JJWA;
CBJIP TOT and Orientation on PFM Modules; and
ICMP Training.
3. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the UNICEF Project Officer/Project Coordinator, PRD Division Chief/OIC.
Job Outputs:
1. JJ-MIS with inputs from CICL cases being managed by the Courts;
2. Approved and processed DV/BURs, Purchase Requests, etc.; and
3. Other relevant reports.

5. Copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Review/Summary of Rating of Performance Assessment in the present position, if applicable; and
6. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
