Boscov’s Cosmetic Internet Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Cosmetic team, the Internet Coordinator will work with our Cosmetic vendors to ensure their merchandise is well represented on our website.

Responsibilities of the Internet Coordinator include:

Working directly with vendors to secure copy and images for new product Submit copy and images to Boscov’s Internet Team for creation Ensuring all submission are live in a timely manner Ensure all product updates are completed when sent by vendor Pull merchandise from store stock for photo studio and provide instructions for photography when needed Interact with Merchandise Manager, Buyer and Internet staff to develop strong partnerships Work with vendors to develop and implement marketing for email, social, and the website Plan and execute email strategies for each brand Ensure promotional items are set up and live on the site Track promotions and sales for the e-commerce Cosmetic business Reviewing other retailer sites to ensure competitiveness Communicate with internet room when needed to ensure seamless operation  Working in the Internet fulfillment room when needed during busy times Responsible for securing funding for promotions and marketing Working directly with Boscov’s Social & Digital teams to develop marketing ideas to drive sales  Travel may be required Working Saturdays during key gift giving time periods is required Standing and lifting may be required  Assisting the Cosmetic buying team with daily task as needed

Qualifications

Successful candidates for the Cosmetic Internet Coordinator role should have the ability to work with our internal and external teams and provide excellent customer service.

Additional requirements of the Internet Coordinator include:

Self-starter and creative thinker Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent computer skills, proficient in excel and knowledge of the Internet Strong written and verbal communication skills
