Cost Accountant

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Prepare and input accounting journal entries, provide documentation and financial reporting data to support accurate & timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies Prepare account reconciliations and reviews, to ensure proper balance sheet valuation and reporting Prepare and communicate monthly analysis of manufacturing variances and recommend actions for improvement Partner with site operations to develop and review standards costs & product cost performance Assist with asset audits and internal control reviews, including documentation, to ensure effective financial controls Support the Annual Physical inventory count and periodic cycle counts Assist in identifying and driving best in class process improvement strategies for North America sites Support system updates and maintenance Update process documentation including accounting policies and procedures

You act with a clear sense of ownership.  You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance.  You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography.  You model high standards of honesty and integrity.  You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.   For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field Minimum 2 years of related experience required Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: High level of integrity and accountability with results-orientation and a strong ability for prioritization Strong technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Ability to partner effectively with business leaders, including strong customer service skills Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Manufacturing and Financials)  Power BI experience is a plus   Our Offer To You:
