Description We are on the hunt for a Cost Accountant to join our team in the construction industry, based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role involves overseeing accounting functions and utilizing various accounting software systems for a smooth workflow. Responsibilities: • Utilizing accounting software systems like Epicor, Yardi Breeze, Yardi Enterprise, and Yardi Voyager to streamline accounting processes. • Managing the accounts payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payments. • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations. • Overseeing the budget processes and ensuring alignment with company's financial goals. • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of cash activity. • Making use of ADP - Financial Services and Crystal Reports to generate financial reports. • Managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective resource allocation and management. • Maintaining accurate records of all accounting functions for future reference and audits. • Leveraging Yardi software for property management and accounting tasks.
