Responsibilities • Accurately process project-related trade invoices, ensuring verification of receipt of items or services, correct sales tax calculations, and appropriate authorization for payment • Prepare monthly client billings and perform reconciliations against actual costs • Efficiently resolve subcontractor queries, fostering the development of trust-based working relationships and efficient communication channels • Utilize accounting software to authorize and process timely payments to subcontractors • Communicate non-compliance issues to subcontractors and coordinate in-house resolutions when necessary • Maintain a proactive and responsive approach to internal and external customer service, consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations • Verify and process subcontractor payment requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Provide insightful analytics or reconciliations such as subcontract reports, labor reports (including hours, rates, and voids) • Assist with audit processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations • Engage in accounting functions and budget processes to ensure the smooth running of financial operations.
