Cost Accountant

Purpose of Role:

The Cost Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing material standard costing in SAP/Applicable ERP.

The role involves tracking production costs and hours and materials, analyzing variances, and ensuring accurate cost allocations.

You will collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency and support pricing strategies.

This role is crucial for optimizing project cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate manufacturing accounting.Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. standard costs).Monitor and analyze hours, materials, and overhead costs.Supporting and assisting Operations Control Manager.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Education MBO+SAP R3
