This position involves providing accounting, reporting, and analysis to support the company’s objectives, focusing on enhancing inventory management, product cost and profitability, manufacturing productivity, and overall process efficiency across multiple locations.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Prepare assigned monthly journal entries accurately and on time. Perform account reconciliations to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. Analyze and report on monthly manufacturing variances, providing clear and actionable insights. Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and resolve vendor discrepancies effectively. Support annual internal and external audits by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Give to additional tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Perform all duties in accordance with Company Business Conduct Guidelines.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business field. 0-2 or more years of related experience in accounting or finance. Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong business sense, critical thinking, and analytical/technical skills. Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and in a group setting. Must be accounting focused with a good knowledge of GAAP.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite.
