Primary Responsibilities:

•Responsible in leading IS&S PH Cost Finance team and supporting Global Aftermarket for cost update or ITC, manufacturing reviews (e.g., PPV, freight and labor) and inventory and E&O reviews•Set’s direction to Cost Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting related to Manufacturing and Inventory valuation of the company is in accordance with RTX Policy•Responsible and support financial closing activities both for PH and RDC or Global Aftermarket•Responsible in Global Aftermarket Costing and Intercompany (e.g., MRO, Intra-AMS Pricing)•Partner with departmental leaders and stakeholders with regards to Cost and Inventory status of the business•Support and provide guidance to Operations on key metrics such as SRR, Utilization, CPH (cost per hour), Inventory Reduction and NITO (Net Inventory turns)•Responsible in management reporting on Inventory and manufacturing cost variances and analysis•Assist and support Controller in the site and works with our sister sites on monthly forecast, AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and SFP (Strategic Financial Planning) and business performance•Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
