Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares regular reports and analysis mainly on Consumables, maintenance expense and production tooling reports in alignment with the operations’ cost savings and reduction initiatives.Prepare Integrity Reports on Inventory, Purchase Order, Work Order and Sales Order, monitors action items and provide update to the controller and operations heads.Coordinates with Toulouse and LB on inventory related transactions, prepares month-end closing journal entries and financial analysis and reporting.Prepares Balance Sheet (ARMS) ReconciliationPrepares Headcount Reconciliation and ReportingSupports SOX Compliance and Internal Audits – works with the Controller to identify internal control deficiencies, analyzes root causes, implements corrective actions.Ensure compliance with RTX and Collins financial policies.Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.Handles other Finance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeMinimum 3 years working experience in Manufacturing set-up, metric driven company.Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with and developing excel financial models.Process and detail oriented with strong organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all levels of management/staff on critical issues.Ability to work independently and use judgement to prioritize requests.Preferably with experience working with JDE, other Oracle based ERP system or SAP.
