Cost Analyst
Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will involve standard costing and inventory analysis to assist with divestiture processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A and SAP, and will handle ad hoc requests while working extensively within Excel with large data sets.

ResponsibilitiesPerform standard costing and inventory analysis to support divestiture processes.Handle ad hoc requests and perform detailed financial analyses.Work with large data sets in Excel, utilizing pivot tables, v-lookups, and SUMIF's.Manage cost accounting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.Generate inventory and financial reports, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and bill of materials (BOMs).Utilize SAP for cost, actuals, standard costing, variance, and inventory reporting for over 150 SKUs.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.3+ years of experience with standard costing and inventory.3+ years of experience working with a manufacturing organization with revenue of $500 Million+ or with multiple lines of business, international functions, or in a matrixed organization.3+ years of experience working with large data sets in Excel.5+ years of experience in a mid to senior level cost or FP&A role.Consulting experience.Experience with SAP within the past 5 years.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and SUMIF's.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with plant manufacturing accounting.Experience with SAP Product Costing.Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).Advanced Excel skills, including Macros.Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite (Tuesday - Thursday). The office is located in one of the nicest buildings in Philadelphia, equipped with a park, a parking garage, and a cafe, and is conveniently located next to 30th Street Station and Route 76 for easy commuting. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
