Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive cost control strategies and policies. Set and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial goals. Lead, mentor, and manage cost control team. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to team member/s. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of detailed project budgets, including development budget, capital expenditure, and contingency budgets. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including cost reports, variance analysis, and forecasts. Present financial reports and analyses to project manager and management team, providing insights and recommendations for cost management strategies. Communicate financial status, risks, and opportunities to project executives Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Works with the Project Team to generate project-specific mitigation plans. Coordinate with the Controllership Head to develop a cost database based on completed projects for future planning.
