Cost Controller
Job Description The Cost Controller will ensure that an achievable cost of sales ratio is established in relation to management policy. He/she will also work with Food & Beverage Manager and the Executive Chef to determine what price is to be charged for each dish. He/she will also ensure to eliminate wastage, pilferage and loss of food and beverage.
The ideal candidate should have at least year (5) year of working experience in the same capacity and should be a team player with good communication skills. He/she should be a graduate of Accounting/Business Administration and can work under pressure. He/she should also ensure effective analysis of food & beverage costs, analyze food and beverage sales, contribute to food and beverage profits, contribute to stock control, and ensure overall efficiency of the section.
