Responsibilities Analyze costs: Estimate and analyze costs, including labor hours and supplier invoices  Create budgets: Create and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports  Allocate costs: Allocate costs to categories and business areas  Recommend cost-saving measures: Identify problems and recommend ways to reduce costs  Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders and project teams  Verify costs: Verify costs with vendors and suppliers  Assess resources: Assess incoming products, resources, and services  Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with company systems and procedures  Prepare financial reports: Prepare and submit sales invoices and final accounts  Liaise with customers: Liaise with customers to ensure payments are made on time
