Role description:
Mobility Canada is looking for a Cost Contoller to join our growing project controls team in the Toronto office. The successful candidate will prepare cost reports for senior management, advise management of variation to budget and provide estimated costs to complete. This role will also assist in processing project change notices, maintain change logs, and develop management reports at an appropriate level of detail.

Role accountabilities:
Process and verify invoices in a timely and accurate manner Classify costs accurately and prepare financial reports & assist with month end and year end duties as required Monitoring accounts receivable and payable Assist in the preparation of estimates for minor scopes of work for review by the Project Manager Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders Identify and resolve project control issues, proposing solutions to address problems in coordination with other project control team membersQualifications & Experience:
2-3 years experience in quantity surveying or project controls Knowledge of scheduling software, namely Primavera (P6) and an ability to assess the cost and schedule impacts of design or construction changes and associated cost increases and or schedule slippages Proven ability to work in a team environment demonstrating excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyWhy Arcadis?
