QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least the Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering Preferably 1-2 years work experience in Engineering - Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Can work under pressure and with deadlines Innovative and has initiative Good communication skills Must be willing to work in the head office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Estimate architectural and structural works of a project Generate project budget from the estimated quantities Cost evaluation and monitoring Permits requirement monitoring and collation Closing of contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
