Title:

We have a new opportunity for a Cost Engineer to support the delivery of an extensive programme of work comprising of new build facilities and refurbishment.

Working within the Project Management team, you will provide informed forecasts for the Project (for the Financial Year and Project Lifecycle).

What Do We Need

Detailed working knowledge of cost engineering functions, cost control and cost analysis.

Experience of working in a wider Project Controls team, understanding the importance of aligning the cost forecast to the Programme.

Detail-oriented and organised, with experience of identifying, analysing, and solving problems.

Good presentation and reporting skills. 

CEMAR experience

NEC Contract experience desirable.

Location

The role will be primarily based in Glasgow City Centre with occasional site visits to Helensburgh.

Security Requirements

You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
