Graduate of BS Civil Engineering Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in Estimating / Quantity SurveyingMust be willing to be assigned in Bangkal, Makati City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares accurate estimates of materials, labor & equipment, and quantity take-off based on drawing and specifications from Request For Information (RFI)/ Request For Approval (RFA)/ CVI/CA, Design Bulletins, VEs, Innovations and any other cost exercises required Ensures compliance to Subcon Certificate of Payment procedures in accordance with the conditions of the contract Reviews Cost exercises prepared by Site Cost Engineers Validates evaluation of contractor’s proposal for variation and claims Reviews and analyzes budget vs actual progress including cost to complete reports and manhour reports Monitors any changes in design and their cost implication including keeping up to date monitoring logs Maintains an accurate and up-to date records of all project expenditures and documentation up to final accounts Coordinates with relevant parties to resolve outstanding issues to close out open accounts Works closely with group members including subcontractors in developing design solutions to project issues
