A Cost Estimating Analyst is responsible for analyzing and estimating the costs associated with projects, products, or services.Gather and evaluate data related to project requirements, resources, labor, materials, and overhead costs.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates, create cost models, and ensure budget adherence throughout a project’s lifecycle.Use specialized software and methodologies to perform cost analysis and forecasting, ensuring that financial goals are met while minimizing risks and potential overruns.Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills are essential for the role.All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field3 -5 Years of experience working in a financial or analytical roleexperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience using financial software

Preferred Qualifications:

Stong attention to detail and analytical skills5 - 7 Years of experience working in a financial or analytical roleExperience using PLEX systems
