Position: Cost Margin & Profitability Data Analyst - Granada

Job Purpose: 

The COST M&P (Margin and Profitability) DATA ANALYST is responsible for developing and monitoring all the standard costs of our manufactured products and for the deviations analysis versus the standard. This role also involves the use of continuous improvement methodologies across the site.      

Knowledge, Experience and Education: 

Education:  Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Business Administration or Economics. Deep knowledge of cost elaboration.

Other qualifications/certifications:

English language (C1 level) minimum
high levelPower Bi and Advanced Excel knowledge - advanced.

Knowledge in Data Analytics tools.

Outstanding skills in Project Management.

Other knowledge/skills:

User-level knowledge of the BPCS (Business Planning and Control System)

SAP

Planning skills

Communications skills (Conflict management, Challenging conversations, Mindful)

Continuous improvement mindset

Project Management knowledge: PMP, Lean Six Sigma

Major Accountabilities: 

1. Accountable for the development, maintenance and monitoring of product costs.

2. Accountable for monitoring and analyzing cost deviations, Scrap (material usage variations), OEE and metrics reports.

3. Accountable for cost estimation of manufacturing trials and projects.

4. Lead studies and reports of potential savings and continuous improvement plans.

5. Accountable for submitting reports to the Senior Leader Team. Weekly and Monthly reports and Plan and LBEs estimations.

6. Support Scrap optimization projects

7. Support the monthly and annual financial closures.

8. Influence Senior Leader Team (SLT) to develop business relationships that promote the efficient and effective utilization of resources to accomplish site objectives.

9. Support the Projects Management portfolio of the site

Additional Information: 

To be effective, this role requires a high-level knowledge in project management, proven engagement with continuous improvement in previous positions and good skills in engaging and influencing others: SLT and collaborators.

Green Belt certification and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification nice to have.
