QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering Must be with at least 5 years experience in Cost Management Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepares and issues for construction budget per entity Ensures sufficiency of data gathered by cost engineers for budget generation Gathers references by coordinating with different departments for budget generation Creates estimates based on the plans provided by Architects, Design Team Checks quantity and unit costs prior budget issuance Performs quantity and cost comparison and analysis to check cost per area or cost for volume for projects Verifies budget for other departments (MEPF and Contracts Department) prior award to subcontractors Handles all pre-launch, on-going and RFO projects Submits weekly reports for monitoring of construction items (Rebar, aggregates) Performs cost control and cost variance analysis Provides instructions and guidance to Cost Engineers during the process of budget generation Organizes workflow and delegates tasks appropriately for an effective manpower loading Monitors employee productivity and ensures quality of work output Assigned as a subject matter expert Assigned to special task as requested by management
