To find out more visitwww.lenovo.com (https://news.lenovo.com/) and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** 岗位职责： 1.支持标准成本模型的搭建 -深入了解业务运营模式，识别影响成本的关键业务指标和成本驱动因素, 并将业务驱动因素转化为财务数字指标 -支持标准成本模型的搭建工作，结合业务特性，参考行业经验，设计科学合理的标准成本估算/大数据模型 -持续优化标准成本体系，根据市场变化、技术进步及内部运营效率提升等因素，定期审查和更新标准成本估算模型。 2.流程梳理与强化： -梳理现有标准成本管理流程，识别流程中的问题，提出并实施优化方案。 -推动跨部门协作，建立高效的标准成本管理流程，提升整体运营效率。 3 标准成本与实际成本差异分析： -定期进行标准成本与实际成本的差异分析，识别成本偏差的原因。 -提出改进措施，减少成本偏差，提高成本控制精度。 -将差异分析结果应用于未来成本预测和预算编制，提升成本管理的预见性和准确性。 4. 新产品/服务发布成本支持： -参与新产品/新服务发布过程，提供标准成本估算及风险评估等支持。 -跟踪新产品上市后的成本表现，及时调整标准成本估算模型，为产品持续优化提供依据。 5.系统设计预测试 -支持标准成本计算所需的系统的结构模块设计，并在相关部门开发完毕后进行测试 岗位要求 1.本科以上学历 2.5年以上财务及相关领域工作经验，3年以上制造业成本管理经验 3.英文流利，口语沟通无障碍 4.快速学习能力, 良好的框架思维以及专业负责的态度 **Additional Locations** : * China * China
