THE JOB:

We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Bartender to join our upscale Costa restaurant. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, maintaining bar appearance, and providing exceptional guest experiences. Your knowledge of the menu, liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic options, along with your friendly demeanor, will be key to creating memorable moments for our guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where you can connect with and personalize each guest's experience.

STARTING PAY: $8.75 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Make and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as neededClean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the barKnowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non‐alcoholic selections availableRing poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperworkProvide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartendingMaintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in barResolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
