JOB PURPOSE 

The Costing and Analysis Administrator at Azadea's Business Services plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing cost analysis activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Conduct transactions in accordance with specified procedures to ensure accurate and timely recording and control of all transactions. Engage promptly with relevant parties to resolve any anomalies as they arise, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Validate all shipments and stock transactions, provides necessary support, and follow up on pending transactions to ensure timely posting and accurate stock levels. Assist in analyzing cost and stock data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Receive, process, and fulfill requests, ensuring alignment with established business requirements and prompt handling to meet internal customer needs. Ensure exceptional customer service by adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests to meet the needs of internal customers.  *

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS 

 Language Proficiency 

Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus.   

Technical Skills 

Proficiency in MS Office. 

EDUCATION 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field. 

EXPERIENCE 

Zero to one years of experience in a similar role.
