They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions. **Job Responsibilities:** + Product Costing for new programs. + Leading the team of cost accounting members. + Preparation and Submission of Project Financials & Analysis daily. + Work closely with the Cross functional teams to ensure accurate data for Costing and Project financials. + Costing analysis for Management Business decisions. + Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results in tracker. + Hourly rate calculations and FBD rates calculation. **Desired Candidate Profile:** + CMA/Equivalent Professional degree in Finance. + Have sound knowledge of Cost Accounting and related subjects. + Knowledge of MS-Excel, SAP, or ERP systems. + 7+ years of work experience as a Cost accountant, Analyst, or other Relevant role. + Industry Background: Preferably manufacturing Industry. + Time management skills and ability to work under strict deadlines for quick turnaround. + Critical analysis of data relevant to do the product costing. + Persistent & Adaptive. **Competencies** SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
