Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Public Administration, Office Management, or

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Assistant V (AA V) shall be working under an Executive Office. He/She is expected to provide administrative and logistical support, as well as minor technical assistance to ensure the performance of duties of the office.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Act as the appointments officer of the Assistant Secretary;
2. Prepare/draft communications;
3. Provide administrative support office;
4. Provide technical assistance to the Executive Assistant and Assistant Secretary on the various tasks/committees led by office;
5. Manage emails, social media and records of the Assistant Secretary;
6. Review and vet documents as to completeness, accuracy of staff work, and compliance to existing rules and regulations prior to endorsing to the Executive Assistant/ Assistant Secretary for information/ approval/ instructions;
7. Coordinate and collaborate with offices within and/or outside the Department to ensure efficient, effective, and timely delivery of services;
8. Perform other tasks and designations as assigned.
