We’re looking for a Council Facilitator to join our People Team! What you’ll do: + Lead Councils and bring innovative programming to multiple Snap offices, such as: events, and team activities (i.e., art projects, cultural events, retreats, and other group building activities, etc.) + Liaise with team leads and other key partners to effectively deliver results in a timely manner + Organize and own Council initiatives such as events, retreats, communications, calendar invites, and curriculum for team members as needed + Conduct basic analysis on attendance of the Councils and participation trends via digital or online platforms (i.e., Google Sheets) + Widen Council engagement throughout the company in support of business needs + Attend Council’s internal team meetings, retreats, and trainings + Collaborate with team members to develop and carry out new initiatives + Substitute in for other Council team members in the event of their absence + Stay current with Snap intra-communications, update weekly Council team tracking documents and consistently meet results with administrative tasks and effectively collaborate on strategic plans + Perform ad hoc Council-related responsibilities as needed + Support general development, onboarding, and curriculum design as needed + Follow policies procedures and Council guidelines Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: + Ability to work efficiently with technology in a fast and evolving environment as a team member + Enjoys being a collaborator and team member + Possesses extremely stellar communication skills, both verbal and written + Self-starter who can start fast and produce quality work by demonstrating a strong ability to manage time by effectively prioritizing work with specific action plans, identifying risks, and communicating goals. + Effectively manage relationships with multiple internal partners + Expertise in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google calendar, and Google Sheets + A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community Minimum Qualifications: + BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience + 2+ years Council facilitating experience, or equivalent + Must be able and willing to travel to perform job duties Preferred Qualifications: + BS/BA related to Counseling If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScV7t31iR3yYR9ztGDHJpbvL63svWpb6s0afkBkLEjGnDx4Kg/viewform) . Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone B (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) : The base salary range for this position is $69,000-$104,000 annually. Zone C (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) : The base salary range for this position is $62,000-$93,000 annually.
