Council Facilitator II [Fixed Term]

We’re looking for a Council Facilitator II [Fixed-term] to join Snap Inc! As a member of the People team, you will lead a team of Council Facilitators to bring Snap vision come to life.  Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you’ll collaborate with cross functional teams to empower innovative council programming to our offices.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with other team members to identify, design, and implement opportunities for support while ensuring clear communication and transparency of roles and expectations to streamline programming

Support facilitators in development and implementation of all Council-related activities, events, initiatives

Build and maintain all protocols, processes, databases and documents related to all elements of programming

Support facilitators through processes and procedures and ensure all are current and accountable

Council facilitation as needed globally

Collaborate closely with valuable partners across the business

Perform other Council-related tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Fluency in all programs under Google Drive (including Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Forms)

A Council and/or group building and facilitation expert

An inventive self-starter with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in an ever-evolving environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Ability to work under pressure and perform several tasks concurrently in a deadline driven environment

A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$126,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$113,000 annually.
