Aspirus Stevens Point Behavioral Health Clinic in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a COUNSELOR/CLINICAL THERAPIST to join our AODA Residential Program team!
Provides AODA counseling services to patients, groups or families regarding psychological, emotional or behavioral problems. The provider will evaluate the patient, group or families and will develop and implement a therapeutic treatment plan. Provide for referrals and community contacts. Manage caseload documentation. Function as a team member of the system Behavioral Health program.
HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hour every pay period – Day shift
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of counseling techniques and protocols normally acquired through completion of a master’s degree in one of the following areas: industrial/organizational psychology, social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, or professional counseling. Mental Health and/or Substance Use experience preferred Eligible for licensure in the State of WI in social work, substance use, professional counseling or related fieldLCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferredSAC-IT or CSAC preferred Membership in a professional organization beneficial.
