Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Initiates and develops resident treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff. Conduct admission on all legal referrals Complete all documentation associated with potential admissions Actively cultivate and manage relationships with referrals Successfully work with other departments across the organization Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members. Performs individual and process group therapy sessions under the direction of the treatment supervisor including preparing materials for sessions. Participates in community meetings with clients. Completes family sessions as necessary. Facilitates utilization reviews with appropriate funding sources in a timely fashion. Attends trainings as necessary. Maintains client caseload daily. Receives phone calls from support staff as necessary regarding client behavioral and emotional needs. Other duties as deemed necessaryTechnical Competencies:
Capable of role modeling to the clients. Helps to maintain a strong clinical program. Able to work together with staff to effectively meet the needs of the clients. Maintains positive relationship with referral sources and families. Charts maintain compliance with Licensing regulations. Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours. Participate in weekly meetings with her supervisor concerning progress. Strong clinical skills in D&A and mental health treatment. A working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing and CARF regulations. Good communication skills.
Education, Experience: A High School Diploma or GED and CSAC-A or CSAC-A Eligible. Experience facilitating psycho-educational, life skills group. Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health experience.
