This role is scheduled for evening hours

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

Assists facilities in the overall function of daily schedule including but not limited to: assessment, intakes, clinical services, adolescent SAP programming, prevention opportunities, front office tasks, transportation services. Provides individual and group therapy to individuals served in treatment, working with both adolescent and adult population. Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files. Initiates and develops client treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues, and other staff. Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members. Conducting Insurance Reviews including documenting and handling co-pays. Administers individual sessions including paperwork and assignments. Responsible for intake process with new clients into program. Facilitate programs as deemed necessary by the supervisor. Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience:

Must meet one of the following:

A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services field) or other related field.

A Bachelor’s Degree with the same educational requirements and 1 year of clinical experience.
